William W. Eager

Chief Executive Officer and Director

Bill Eager is CEO and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Eager was President of S&P Global Mobility from August 2025 until July 2026. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles at CARFAX for more than 20 years, including serving as Chief Executive Officer since 2021. Previously, Mr. Eager served as Vice President of CARFAX's Dealer Business for 17 years. Prior to joining CARFAX, Mr. Eager was part of the leadership team at The Cobalt Group, an automotive digital retailing company. Mr. Eager holds a BA in economics from Villanova University and an MBA from George Mason University.

Matthew A. Calderone

Chief Financial Officer

Matt Calderone is Chief Financial Officer of Mobility Global. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Booz Allen Hamilton from October 2022 to January 2025. Before that, he held various roles at Booz Allen from 2010 to 2022, including Chief Strategy Officer leading Strategic Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, and Corporate Development, and earlier led part of Booz Allen's national security business after working in its global commercial business from 2000 to 2007. He was with The Boston Consulting Group from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Calderone holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Scott Fredericks

President, CARFAX

Scott Fredericks is President of CARFAX. He previously served as President of CARFAX at S&P Global Mobility since September 2025 and as Chief Operating Officer of CARFAX from June 2022. He joined CARFAX as Vice President of Marketing in 1997. Earlier in his career, he served as a Communications Director for the U.S. Air Force from 1986 to 1996. Mr. Fredericks holds a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland and a degree from George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management.

Joseph S. LaFeir

President, Mobility Business Solutions

Joe LaFeir is President of Mobility Business Solutions, comprising Planning Solutions and Sales Solutions. He previously served as President of Mobility Business Solutions at S&P Global Mobility since August 2025 and as President of Automotive Insights from 2016 to 2025. Earlier in his career, he held management roles in product development and technology at R.L. Polk, where he served as Chief Information Officer from 2011 to 2016. He began his career at Ernst & Young in 1992 and transitioned to Capgemini in 1999. Mr. LaFeir holds a BS in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.

Tasha Matharu

Chief Legal Officer

Tasha Matharu is Chief Legal Officer of Mobility Global. She previously served as Chief Legal Officer of S&P Global Mobility since January 2026, Deputy General Counsel of S&P Global since September 2020, and Corporate Secretary for S&P Global since November 2017. Before joining S&P Global, she was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 2008 to 2016. Ms. Matharu holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Doctor of Law from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.

Martin Metzker

Chief Strategy Officer

Martin Metzker brings more than 20 years of global strategy and transformation experience to S&P Global Mobility. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised CEOs and boards across the industrial, automotive, private equity and technology sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. Metzker has specialized in corporate strategy, digital transformation and AI implementation, delivering measurable financial and operational impact through close collaboration with business and functional teams to create enterprise value. Mr. Metzker has led large-scale change initiatives across the United States, Europe, Latin America, India and Southeast Asia, with deep expertise in business model innovation and M&A.

Larissa Cerqueira

Chief People Officer

Larissa Cerqueira is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience across diverse sectors, including energy, technology and consumer goods. Ms. Cerqueira most recently led Human Resources at Fluence Energy, a global leader in energy storage and optimization. She oversaw strategic HR initiatives in a rapidly scaling organization that evolved from a joint venture to a publicly traded company. Since joining Fluence in early 2020, Ms. Cerqueira spearheaded transformative strategies, built a high-performing HR team and scaled the company from 200 to over 2,000 employees. Her leadership was instrumental in guiding Fluence through its IPO in late 2021. Her career is defined by driving growth in competitive environments. She has led talent management and organizational change initiatives in fast-paced, complex settings, including through spin-offs. Earlier in her career, Ms. Cerqueira held HR roles at Andrade Gutierrez and later at Henkel, where she served as HR Manager for Latin America and Global Leadership & Talent Manager in Germany.

Ms. Cerqueira holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil and a degree in Psychology from the University of Brasília.

Joseph Lenz

Chief Information Officer

Joseph Lenz brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience across global data and analytics organizations, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer at CARFAX since 2011. During his tenure, he led the company's transition to high-availability and cloud-based infrastructures, established a formal cybersecurity practice and launched an AI and Machine Learning Center of Excellence that advanced innovation and reliability across the business. With a strong background in machine learning, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and hands-on leadership style, Mr. Lenz's strategic vision has led to significant improvements in revenue, customer satisfaction and innovation within organizations, making him a change agent in the tech industry. His expertise spans various industries, including healthcare and consulting, showcasing his versatility in adapting to different business landscapes.

Mr. Lenz holds a B.B.A. in Management from Colorado Technical University and served on the Industrial Advisory Board for the University Missouri Department of Engineering from 2012 to 2020.
